Liked: Style of interior Location was good , plenty of restaurants , coffee bars etc around Tube also nearby Quiet and soundproof from the outside Staff at the reception was always very helpful and nice
Disliked: Rude lady on the phone when I wanted to order room service . Very short and not helpful at all. Also the menu is very limited with hardly any healthy options. When asked to order some vegetables with my tenderloin (45 pounds might I add) I received a cold : we don’t have vegetables Which I find weird as a 5 star hotel should be able to accommodate someone watching a diet or their health? Also quite some noise from the hallway . Thin doors And I had to change rooms as the room I had initially was full of carpet and I had an allergic reaction. Luckily the people at reception moved to another room without so that improved.

Liked: Clean, located close to train station

Very quiet and neet hotel...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and kind, Ibrahim sure made my stay more comfortable.
Disliked: Wifi and telephone signal was bad, however they made sure i was transferred to a room with good connection.
