nice stay but room not...

Liked: Area was great and staff very helpful, but room was a bit dusty and not up to the same standard as the Portman Square Nobu hotel we stayed in on a previous weekend.
Disliked: The room was a bit tired looking and could do with a refresh and the bathroom sink needs replacing.

Perfect base to explore London

Liked: Great staff who really looked after us and made our stay special.
