Disliked: The property was booked in good faith via Booking.com. The booking was made because of the offer that it was cancellable without penalty up to 24 hours before arriving. The staff from Watermark called me multiple times in the months before the stay to harass me for payment. I followed all of the requirements of the website yet they threatened to cancel my booking months before the stay. I relented and paid early. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. They also wanted to work outside booking.com to breach their rules. They should removed from the platform for unconscionable conduct.

Extremely noisy at night.

Liked: Rooms were well kept and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately you hear absolutely everyone in the room. If you book here, you will sleep terrible. You hear everything in the hallway, on the street and in rooms next to yours.
