Liked: The room offered a stunning view from the window. The hotel has several high-speed elevators, ensuring minimal wait times. While the room had quirky, somewhat silly texts on items like the soap bottle, the overall design and service were impressive. The location is excellent, with easy metro access and convenient bus shuttles to Keukenhof stopping right in front of the building. The room also provided high-quality teas, a water kettle, and exceptional service, complemented by stylish room decor.

Liked: Absolutely fabulous hotel, fabulous facilities and rooms are ☆☆☆☆☆
Disliked: The staff on check in desk need to be more helpful/ need more training on what facilities are available. was just told to scan a QR code for all info. I would hope they be more helpful to older folk/less tech aware
