In the Milano Due residential district of Segrate 320 yards from Parco Lambro NH Milano 2 overlooks the Lago dei Cigni lake. It features free Wi-Fi throghout and modern air-conditioned rooms with a minibar. It was good, suitable, and...

Liked: All good.
Disliked: The HVAC system was really noisy. It also did not keep the room cool. We asked the cleaning lady for help, and she could not fix it. She said she would contact maintenance, but no one came to work in it.

Ok hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: The area is pretty. The rooms are ok.
Disliked: The staff was a bit unhelpful and slow. The place wasn't very well equipped.

Very poor

Disliked: The male staff at the check in counter was very non co operative . Post 1:30 in spite of rooms been available was not giving for us to check in - even though he know we would check out early next day morning way before the check out time .
