Liked: I gave my credit card details through Booking.com and received the confirmation email from Booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I was told that the booking had been cancelled automatically as they did not have my card detail. The receptionists were helpful though, and gave me a much smaller room than the one I booked as that was the only remaining one. I had my room changed for the second night.

Liked: The location was great and it was very clean but the rooms are not at all sound proof so I was woken several times by slamming doors and evening hearing the people next door. The room was very cold and the heating in the room not functioning well.
