Disliked: but the shower area is so small. For 4 star hotel I’m surprised to have a small shower area

A fine place, does what...

Liked: It had the basics of what you need and was clean and safe. The staff was helpful and kind.
Disliked: The walls of the hotel room are very thin and you can hear everything all night and morning. The room looked cheaply assembled and dated.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect to visit the historical Gran Place of Brussels. The breakfast buffet was fairly priced and en excellent selection of everything one could expect for breakfast. Our room was clean and adequate for iur short stay.
Disliked: I have no complaints. The staff was helpful and easy to talk to.

Great

Liked: Location was very good! Very handy as it was so close to everything. The air con was an added bonus. Very comfy beds and the shower was amazing. We had arrived hours before check in, and the reception staff were very accommodating into letting us into our room a little early. They also kept a hold of our luggage on arrival and departure so we could go sightseeing.
Disliked: The hairdryer kept overheating, and the fridge wasn’t cold.
