Location was great, room was...

Liked: Location was really good
Disliked: Strong incense smell in the lobby and the bar was always closed, so couldn’t get our free drink when we didn’t change our sheets

excellent place to stay in...

Liked: Excellent experience all round. Hotel was very central but quiet at night. The room had plenty of space, was clean and had a view of the square out the front. Spa was good and easy to access. Great breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: could have had more space in the mini fridge to keep water cold

Everything was top notch at...

Liked: Hotel was perfect and centrally located to the sites. We had a premium room with a balcony that overlooked the city. Breakfast was included and offered many varieties. The hotel also offered lemonade, water, apples and small cookies at the front desk. Staff was professional and courteous. We were pleased choosing this hotel.

Great hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Excellent property, great location, tricky if you’re driving, hotel parking is a couple of blocks away, it’s Porto, so expect traffic/parking issues, not the NH hotels fault, in fact they were a great help.
