Disliked: Room was quite small and cramped. Perhaps a little expensive

Liked: Amazing location and the staff was great, really helpful and sweet. The room was spacious for NY. Beds were really comfortable.
Disliked: One night our room was out of hot water - it was coming and going.

New and comfortable

Liked: Hotel was relatively new and modern, location was about 2 streets away from the hustle and bustle of Macy’s, so relatively quiet. Daily housekeeping provided, with a kettle provided in the room (it was only provided upon request in the other hotel I stayed at), and shower came with a shower hose, which was more updated than the other hotels I stayed in during my North American trip. Hotel also provided refillable bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream.
Disliked: None

Liked: Great location, very pretty facilities. Helpful and polite staff
Disliked: If you are a tall person, the bed might feel a bit short. My legs were falling out at times

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location was great and standard business hotel, had a coffee machine
Disliked: Very small, fridge didn’t cool, air con very noisy, cleaner left the door to the room open three days in a row despite complaining

Experience the buzz of NYC...

Liked: Amazing location, stylish decor, comfortable beds, friendly staff (thanks for the cocktails Nataly, Phil and Jose!), excellent breakfasts. We knew a stay in NYC wasn’t going to be cheap - this is not a budget option - but perfect for experiencing life in the heart of the city. And the teenagers loved it!
Disliked: The bathrooms are small - getting into the shower was a squeeze. It didn’t spoil our stay but it’s worth knowing if you’re someone who needs space!

Disliked: Extremely loud aircon in the room the first night. Would've liked an option to be able to switch off the aircon completely.

Liked: clean and staff helpful
Disliked: we booked a 'deluxe' twin room with a city view but we didn't get a view, but were offered an upgrade to, apparently, a larger room which was hardly large. it did, sort of, have a view, which turned out OK but I want what I book, otherwise it is just another thing to worry about. anything smaller than we had cannot be called 'deluxe' in my view.
