It is in an excellent...

Liked: The room for the price was decent. The amenities were nice although I did not use the services. The staff were attentive and very clean.
Disliked: I do not like heights. The fact that there is not much of a guard on the windows made a little bit nervous being on the 17th floor. My room had a bit of warping on the floorboards and the door to the bathroom was a little flimsy for the price-point overall minor inconveniences for the central location of insurgentes.

Liked: Facilities were great hairdresser on location she was lovely one of the best blow dries i’ve ever had. Rooms were big and modern. Option for late checkout.
Disliked: Nothing all good.

Liked: Beds are comfy.
Disliked: The washroom didn't have a door or the door was broken. The toilet kept pouring water.

Modern hotel with amenities and...

Liked: Clean & modern, delicious breakfast buffet (especially the omelette station), cozy bed, plenty of space.
Disliked: The rainfall shower head was nice, but the water flow rate is so fast that it kind of runs outside the shower into the bathroom. I switched to the handheld shower head which had a better flow rate.

This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve...

Disliked: The rooms aren’t cleaned or the sheets changed, just reshaped and left as is. There’s no internet connection for the TV, so I had to use my roaming to watch movies. The pool is a standalone facility with no cafe or bar service, and there’s no shade or umbrella to protect you from the sun.
