Liked: the beds were so comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy and the showers were amazing. it was in a really good location, not too far of a walk or could easily get the subway. we checked in at 12:30am and it all went so smooth, the staff were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. we booked 2 rooms to share a group of 6 of us and the hotel staff managed to get us in rooms a few doors apart from each other - it was amazing! they even upgraded one of our rooms for free which had a view of the empire state building. we wish we could’ve stayed here longer! they also kept our bags for us during the day after checking out so we could explore the city before our train.
Disliked: nothing

It was excellent!

Liked: Clean and bright. Straight forward room, layout and service. Easy to get in and out of and located next right to a parking garage and near a deli and good restaurants. Empire State Building visible from room. With a little finagling, they let us check in early. Key-card-protected elevators
Disliked: Did not have breakfast despite advertising this. Did not have many other options for in-hotel food purchase. Outdoor lounge area was surrounded by hot building cooling system exhaust fans
