Liked: Location is superb. Right in the center of the city. Almost everything you need is around you. We were at a walking distance from central station as well as some of the best shopping streets in the city. Room was extremely clean. Sometimes the room was made up twice in one day. Amenities are a great quality.
Disliked: The room was very noisy. We were on the second floor and it felt as if we were sleeping in the middle of Dam square. The windows need to be sound proof because I literally woke up every day to the noose from the streets. Also the cleaning staff need to be more quiet. They were very loud at 7 a.m which is very inconvenient . Breakfast needs more items and in room dining also needs to offer more choices particularly at night

Simply beyond expectation

Liked: Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue.Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay.Check out was also excellent
Disliked: Breakfast could have greater dishes and a bit cheaper
