Nice Staff, Not So Great...

Liked: The staff was excellent. They responded to every request and twice sent someone to fix the air conditioner, then followed up with a call to make sure it was working. The staff makes the hotel run so smoothly.
Disliked: I didn't like that the walls were so thin, and every time the person in the room above uses the bathroom or showers, you hear the noise and water. It's very loud and impossible to sleep. The deluxe double room is okay size, a bit tight.
