Liked: Room was very nice. Service was excellente. Pool and fitness center was not used, by me, but nice to have Resteraunt was excellente.
Disliked: Toilet was difficute to access. I assume they have a way of making sure your capable to access as its a very small fit. My only complaint. ;)

Liked: Ok location
Disliked: Lots of confusing accidents on my 5 day trip to BCN. I was shopping at Louis Vuitton and the next day cleaning lady had "cleaned away" LV box and big paper bag and receipts. I was furious cause this robbery, and then later on the bag and boxed were returned to me without even apology. My door lock didn't work, I had to reload my keycard several times at the reception desk with questioning, if I am doing something wrong with the key, then after 2 days even the lock itself didn't work anymore, and they had to recharge the lock battery and the memory several times. I had to ask someone from the lobby to let me in to my room. An apology for these accidents were 2 macarons to my room. Two damn macaron biscuits. Not coming to this hotel again after these confusing happenings, bad communication and robbery.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel is very well maintained, clean, staffs are friendly. The room and its bathroom are spacious. It’s few meters away from bus station to city center, but needs lil bit walk to the metro. Walking distance to Camp Nou as well.

Liked: Beautiful food, friendly staff, great location, only 8 minutes to train to get into the city centre. Right next to fc Barcelona stadium and museum. Beautiful neighbourhood. Rooms were amazing and has a rooftop pool and gym.
