Exceptional

Beautiful modern renovation with a...

Liked: Very modern rooms, common areas and yet incorporated the cloister in the courtyard, quite beautiful. In addition, they seem true to their sustainability program. They were given a LEEDS gold award for their healthy building and operations.
Disliked: They seem to have trouble getting orders correct . We had to reorder food twice because something went awry in the kitchen.

Exceptional hotel

Liked: Location of the hotel is amazing with a view over the river from the room, breakfast table and evening drinks at the rooftop. It is a walking distance from the city centre. We loved complimentary bicycles - cycled to the ocean to watch the sunset and dolphins most evenings. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is incredible - lots of choices and many options for health-conscious travellers. We would definitely come back!

Very good

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to riverside. If you are traveling with a car it can be difficult to find parking. The hotel has very limited space and if you arrived late on a busy day in the city (as we did) you may find yourself going around many times to find a spot.

Nice hotel with great location

Liked: We really liked the location, the breakfast buffet and the roof top bar has a great menu and nice vibe. We also liked the small gym and the massage I got at the SPA.We thought the noise isolation was not great, we had a street facing room and the tram and busy street noise were unpleasant. If we go back we will not ask for a river view room.

Liked: Great location and it was very easy to walk to the city center. Our room overlooked the river which was very cool. Great view of the city across the river. The room and gym and everywhere in the hotel was very clean. We loved breakfast. Porto is very safe and we felt comfortable walking at night back to our hotel. I would stay there again.
Disliked: nothing it was all very, very nice. I wouldn't change a thing about the hotel.
