Liked: Lovely location and room, friendly helpful staff
Disliked: The indoor pool was quite cold compared to our normal pool at the local leisure centre. There was no entertainment on the Saturday night either

Nice room, great location for...

Liked: Stayed in the motel with view over the outside pool. We were warned about possible noise when booking. This was not an issue at all. We heard no noise coming from facilities. Large clean room. Staff were fabulous. Great location.
Disliked: Meal in restaurant was a little disappointing.

Great place to stay

Liked: Really convenient place to stay for visiting Charmouth beach. Really friendly staff, comfy room and food/bar was nice to relax and get warm after our beach trips.
Disliked: Minor point but our motel room this time didn't have any plug sockets near a mirror so made drying/styling hair difficult. Also the plug sockets near the bed were really difficult to access for phone charges.

Excellent value.

A nice break away

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The motel was great for a few days stay as it had a microwave and fridge within the room. Activities for the kids with an outdoor playground, a little softplay and swimming pool.
Disliked: The noise downstairs but this was advertised and we knew it may be noisy.

Went for 1 night and...

Liked: Perfect location, clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Great facilities for the children.
