Good qaulity accomodation in a...

Liked: Amazing family suite, seprate room with twin beds for the kids and lots of space. Bar and pool downstairs, so easy to get to everywhere.
Disliked: The pool opening hours were a bit limited, I woul dprefer a later opening to allow people who had been out all day to still have a swim.

Everything needed is available.

Liked: -Location is great-Good swimming pool (though you do need to pay extra) -Very helpful and considerate maintenance man
Disliked: -Very loud fan outside our window from 8am til 10pm-Broken fridge -Disinterested/unhelpful receptionist

I will not return, disappointing....

Disliked: Room amenities very poor standard, no shower gel and only 1 toilet roll and 2 towels for a room of 3 people. Also no bedding provided for the sofa bed for the child.

Liked: Food and staff in restaurant and shop lovely
Disliked: Too overlooked, windows did not provide enough airflow to cool the room and had to have the blinds down for privacy which also blocked airflow....it was a very hot few days, night time was horrendous!Main area in middle had no windows apart from a window at the end that was way to hot to sit in, lights on constantly which also generated heat.Fridge in kitchen also generated heat, totally unsuitable for being in a kitchen unit, was like having a heater constantly on.Fan did not work properly so had to take one from the original room we were allocated, moved because the fridge was warm!Not usually one to complain, but there could be some small adjustments made at minimal cost that would make the customers experience so much better.1 - put a proper fridge freezer in the kitchen2 - change the blinds to half blinds (bottom part of window) so you can open the top and privacy still maintained.3 - Get some better working fans, or better still splash out and put in air conditioning! Or at least put AC in the main living area....it's already in place downstairs in the restaurant and bar!
