Disliked: The "concierge lounge" was a joke. You can get better food at 7/11.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: Monique, the restaurant manager, and Oscar, our waiter, were wonderful, as well as the front desk staff. Also the prompt and very accessible airport shuttle service.
Disliked: Nothing

Rude staff

Liked: The bed
Disliked: Staff is super rude and unhelpful. Tried to over charge me in different ways until i had to confront the manager myself to prevent them from stealing money from my pocket.Never going back there.

Passable

Disliked: I got charged twice it was a prepay stay and I got charged 479 from my account next morning

Marriott Newark

Liked: Close to airport, convenient shuttle
Disliked: High cost, average food options, staff not friendly

Perfect stop over for families...

Liked: Best place to stay overnight with kids after a long trip with late arrival at night. Excellent shuttle service, straight out from each terminal every 15 min even late at night and 5 min ride away from the hotel. Smooth and fast check in check out. Breakfast until noon was a big plus. Family friendly staff is an extra nice touch. Perfect experience overall. For other families references: Took us about 1h30 from landing to be in bed #traveling alone with 3 kids -long distance -international flight.

The location and the shuttle...

Liked: I booked because my flight was canceled. So the location was perfect for me to get to the airport. They also have a shuttle bus to every terminus.
Disliked: The price is crazily high.
