good stay in midtown

Liked: The place well located, quiet. Breakfast was served in the morning, a selection of herbal teas available throughout the day as well , coffee, pastries, cereals, fruits- pretty good start. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: There are no lifts at the property, the stairs are steep, and you will have to ask for assistance in carrying the luggage up if you need to. There is not much communication between the reception and the guests - I've lost one of my fav pencil cases in mysterious circumstances and nobody could help me with that.

The BEST! Magical, fun, relaxing,...

Liked: Everything was perfect! I would totally rebook again. I have wanted to visit NYC for 6 years and NYSH made that accessible to me.Also the fact I could drop by during the day to get a tea/hot drink/refresh was so appreciate. Thank you
Disliked: One client was a bit rowdy on my last night however the team dealt with it very well.
