High price. Decent quality. Not a place to relax.
Liked: Great location. Great breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Location of lobby is difficult to find. Lobby is chaotic. Room was somewhat dated.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is immaculate, modern yet comfortable and like "home" in many ways. The staff was helpful and friendly; everyone we encountered was engaging and 100% dedicated to making the customer feel very special indeed - BRAVO! If ever we're in NYC again we'll be staying with YOU!

The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.
Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Liked: the property and staff were wonderful. the location was perfect.

Liked: Cleanliness and the efficiency of Taxi desk staff and baggage handlers.
Disliked: I was followed up in the elevator by a man I saw on the street, he got off on 18th floor when I did and I barked at him "are you following me?, and he backed off a little but continued walking behind me. I saw a maintenance man in the hallway, hollered "help" but there was no one around to help me if something had happened. I did tell the maintenance man personally what had happened, that the man had gone into one of the maintenance entrances on 18th floor, near my room, 1850, but he was nowhere in sight by then. This was scary and, no, I didn't report it to Security, maintenance man said he would, I just wanted to get to bed and get home the next day. The elevator system in this hotel are terrible, by the way. I've stayed here before but won't in the future mainly because of Security issues now. The Renaissance seems safer.

it's been Hell!!!
Liked: restaurant staff is friendly
Disliked: they duplicated all of our charges and now they have retained $19 000 dollars and they're not willing to help to liberated them. Never again to a Marriot.

is becoming Hell!
Liked: the staff at the restaurant was really nice.
Disliked: they duplicate all of our charges and retained them and then they charged everything again. Now we have paid the hotel and our consumption there but also have the same amount retained and the Bank can't liberate it because is over 80 transactions and over $19 000 dollars RETAINED. Now that we're not there they don't care and won't help. Never coming back to any Marriot.
