High price. Decent quality. Not a place to relax.
Liked: Great location. Great breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Location of lobby is difficult to find. Lobby is chaotic. Room was somewhat dated.

Liked: We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is immaculate, modern yet comfortable and like "home" in many ways. The staff was helpful and friendly; everyone we encountered was engaging and 100% dedicated to making the customer feel very special indeed - BRAVO! If ever we're in NYC again we'll be staying with YOU!

The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.
Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Liked: The location,safety, facilities, and cleanliness was great! SHOUT OUT TO THE MAID SERVICE!
Disliked: The bar tenders could be nicer(RUDE), until it's time to pay. The concierges need to work on their P/R SKILLS. I thought the room was a little expensive for the average person, but obviously the hotel is not hurting for customers. Plenty of high-rollers out there. A bucket list trip for me so I guess I should not quibble over the price, but I also would like to pay as I go and not have a 30.00 credit added. After all ,I'm in NEW YORK CITY and want to eat at other places. THE SALADS AT THE MAIN BAR ARE OUTSTANDING!

Very disappointed of the hotel.
Liked: Well, It was way to expensive and the facility was not what I was expacting for the price.

Liked: Best location, wt the heart of Times Square.
Disliked: This is my third stay, first stay in 2012 was amazing, secong in 2016 was okay, this one was a nightmare, staff are too rude, nit a single smile from any of them for a whole week, not even fake ones, housekeeping is bad, room is constantly dirty, asked for cotton swaps 4 times, never got them, at the check out my wife asked the luggage to bring our luggage, he replied ?if you don?t have the tags, you won?t see your luggage?. Ordering stuff to the hotel is another nightmare, as every shipment must go through their internal Fedex office, that has limited working hours, so everytime you must follow up with them to collect your package (more rude staff there), and on top you shall pay handling fees for all that in convenience, I paid over 50 dollars for ?handling fees? for shipment that was delivered from across the world for free via my amazon prime, god bless the 3 star hotels that leave all your packages in your room. I am sadly looking for alternatives as the once ?best hotel in Manhattans? is no longer bareable.
