The view was amazing! 17th floor. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone desiring the touristy area and Times Square view/convenience.

Liked: The room was quiet and very dark, even with the view overlooking busy busy Times Square. The bed was complete comfort; room was clean and maintained properly.
Disliked: Would've loved a mini fridge or some way to at least keep cold water/juices/drinks.

Disliked: Room service came in paper bags, and we were charged delivery for room service at checkout. The Beel boy got a little rude with us when we didn’t tip him because we didn’t have any cash with us.
