Right location, good staff, comfortable...

Liked: We had to change our stay at the last minute, but that was done easily. Also the lady who checked us in gave us valuable information about getting to the airport.

Central location, great value

Liked: Location was perfect - very central to some of the best parts of Brooklyn, right next to several subway stops and parks. Room was BIG by NYC standards, clean, quiet. Nothing super fancy but comfortable and perfect for our stay. Also appreciated the on-site parking and the comped breakfast/coffee at the cafe in the lobby.
