Good enough for one night
Liked: Positives were a clean bed and bedsheets, clean linen, clean bathtub, toilet and sink. Spacious. Affordable.
Disliked: Breakfast is not very good. Carpet not clean. Smells like tobacco in the hallways and elevators

Liked: The location was ideal to where we needed to be.
Disliked: I have been staying at this Lincoln location off and on since 2009 with both of my children and with many friends and family members through the years, I have had many stays at this hotel and I have always loved that location until about 2022 or 2023. The staff particularly on the night shift and the management are horrific and extremely rude and more than once we've been told to call back in the morning because the "computers are down." It doesn't look like they have anybody skilled or experienced doing the maintenance work as the "updates" to the building are sloppy and as far as the housekeeping it is not the worst, I mean it's not the dirtiest hotel I've been in, but the TV stand was not wiped down the refrigerator was not very clean and the shower curtain was yellow and brown and disgusting and the lamp shades and mirrors were all dirty, it's nowhere near as clean as it should be and used to be. The men working the counter are all very rude and unfriendly, and I am trying to be fair. My friend gave them her driver's license and her credit card and they didn't run it they charged it to me and when I reserved the room online it specifically stated that you did not have to pay until you arrived there and their response to me bringing this to their attention was "well we can refund it but you won't get your money for 8 days, or you can just get the money from your friend" They do not smile at you and greet you, they treat you like you are an inconvenience when you walk in the door. The morning we left there were smoke alarms chirping randomly, as if batteries needed to be checked or changed. I would not recommend this hotel, at least in this location and I will never stay at that hotel again.

Exceptional
Liked: The toilet would run continually unless you shook the handle a couple times. The elevator seemed to take quite a while to get to you and moving Other than that. Housekeeping was extremely polite and very friendly.

Good value and room was...
Liked: Bed was comfortable; bathroom was clean. The tub drain worked well which is often not the case in even nicer places!
Disliked: Room could have been vacuumed better; there was bits of dirt and a false fingernail beneath the bedskirt. Front desk person was perfunctory; not very welcoming, no smile. Breakfast room needed attending by 7:30, maybe due to lack of staff.
