Liked: The view from our room was really nice and the bed was suuuuper comfy. The cable TV was nice. There wasn't way to many channels and they made sure to label them. There was a nice sized fridge too so we had plenty of space for stuff in there.
Disliked: The elevator was really sketchy and honestly we were really scared to use it, lobby look really pretty but then you walk into the hall and the rug is destroyed and down the hall the smell of cat urine was so overwhelming. Their vending machines for soda are the kind of machines you use for snacks so it drops your drinks and makes them flat immediately because it shook them. The air conditioner was really loud and we paid for a king suite with a complimentary breakfast otherwise we would have to pay extra but then we found out it's included anyway and when we got down to breakfast 2 hrs before it was even supposed to end it was a mess. Syrup was everywhere on one had been in the empty the trash, and the last thing was I felt on guard the whole time because all night there were there's young guys in the parking lot sitting on their truck beds yelling and drinking in the parking lot. I will not be back.

Liked: Honestly nothing. If I were to say anything positive about this place it would be that the older lady behind the front counter seemed nice, very roll with the punches kinda lady, someone who’s worked customer service for years. But is low key kinda checked out due to management.
Disliked: Everything! The first floor hallway by the lobby, pool and elevator smelled like dog pee. The first room I was put in the deadbolt lock was broken, I requested a new room, I was put in a room that hadn’t been clean yet, I requested a new room, and was given a key to someone else’s room! I was finally placed in a fourth room that was clean and at first glance seemed to be in order. However the tv remote was broken and the only button that worked was the channel up button and at night the room smelled very wet and gross.

Liked: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The service I received was unacceptable and fell far short of my expectations. The write name of the hotel should be “New nasty dirt space”.The front desk manager was particularly unprofessional and rude. They lacked basic hospitality skills, never greeting anyone. They even accused me of not paying for my room, despite me having proof of payment. This was incredibly embarrassing and frustrating.I was appalled by the way the manager spoke to other guests. Their behavior was completely inappropriate and created a hostile atmosphere. Never seen the same sort of hotel before. Wonder why they are not in the bankruptcy yet.I will never stay at your hotel again and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
