Considering how expensive London is,...

Liked: The location is really nice. Quiet area. The building looks nice from the outside. It's also cheaper compared to other options. Pretty clean as well.
Disliked: Once inside, the building feels like it's going to fall at the slightest earthquake. Everything inside looks old and cheap. No air conditioning. The bed wasn't comfortable. The shower was a bit clogged.

Liked: As I stayed solo in the room, it worked well. It would have been too small for two adults though since the bed was small as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy, the cleaning was ok, it got a bit too warm sometimes. However, I was only in the room during the night and it was good for my needs. Also cheap and I got the deposit back couple of days after checking out
Disliked: Room too hot and too small. Tiny shower.

Liked: The location was perfect, the neighborhood was great too, staff is polite and kind.
Disliked: The room was kind of small and the bed were not comfortable

I would definitely not pay...

Liked: The location was good as it is the north side of Hyde Park and we appreciated that we were able to check in earlier than the time stipulated which was 3 PM and we were able to check in between 11-12. We had to leave the next day at 11.
Disliked: The cleaning part of the property was quite the main issue of the property as it was rusted and run down, which we did not expect from the pictures of the property compared to the actual room is a big difference, the window of the room was not closing and it was rusty/dirty, the door from the bathroom was a glass door which did not had a lock at all and you were able to see through it, we found bugs on the bed and around the room and there was no air con/fan available. Also I had to pay a deposit when I got to the property which I’m still waiting to get back. I have not used the shower whatsoever as it was full of water stains and if that was a clean room well not so. I hope that at least the sheets were clean as I have not checked the mattress.

Pleasant stay!

Liked: The room was the perfect location for me.Near all routes i needed on train and underground, all shops are close!The staff where friendly and the room had everything I needed.A fan, hair dryer, fridge, tv, kettle and tea etc.The value for the location was great!
Disliked: I was a little worried about previous reviews but i neednt have worried. The bed was a little wonky but not sure if thats because of the floor so couldn't be helped.I slept ok anyway! Inface had a great straight 8 hours! The bathroom is small but how much room do I need?? ;-)
