Very friendly staff

Liked: Incredibly nice and welcoming staff, the night-manager was very accommodating and friendly. Very quick to get there by bus and tube!

Nice little hotel for a...

Liked: It is right near Piccadilly station which was great for us. The staff are very friendly especially the ladies who were in charge of breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom was on the small side.

Good short stay, served our...

Liked: We like the proximity to both Hyde Park and Paddington Station, and the West End in general. Beds were comfy and we slept well with the window open without too much outside noise, which is pretty incredible in that area.
Disliked: Cleaning could be better. There was a bit of an odour on entering the room, there was an item of clothing/underwear under one of the beds, dust on skirting boards and just a general feeling that it could have been a bit cleaner. It was fine for our visit - a quick in and out, but the room could do with a really good proper clean everywhere.

Stay was ok for just...

Liked: Very near to Paddington and Hyde park
Disliked: Vary Crammed. Room was tiny and so was the breakfast room. Seemed to be that they tried to put as much in as possible which then effected the space. Also there were no proper duvets just a thin blanket sheet. No tea or coffee in the rooms.

Fantastic location

Liked: Great location near Paddington station, lots of places for dinner and breakfast nearby. The reception was attended 24/7 and the staff was friendly as well.

Superb

Liked: Location first class clean small room bathroom small but completely adequate would recommend no probs
Disliked: Not hotels fault but the rats running about right outside the hotel was pretty off putting.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location, close to Paddington station and just a walk to Hyde park. Had parking which was brilliant and a fantastic looking building to pull up to. Staff were very helpful and always happy and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms a bit dated but comfortable beds and slept well which is what counts.
