Liked: Close to Paddington underground, staff very pleasant and helpful. Loved the continual free coffee for guests.

Liked: Located near Paddington station, got free breakfast one morning.
Disliked: Very hot on the 4th floor and quite noisy from the road

Basic but accommodating and good...

Liked: I had a very fragile item that needed looking after before my check in time. The gentleman behind the reception desk was very reassuring and made sure it was kept safely until I returned later in the day to check in. Excellent service, would stay again.

Liked: Location was very good in a safe and secure area. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Disliked: Shower is extremely small. The next morning construction work started just outside my room which was disturbing. I suppose that's why I managed to get the room for a huge discount.

The Hotel is a good...

Liked: The room was nice en quiet, especially in the night. Nearby the Station Paddington, so we could go everywhere with the Tube. The breakfast was good, maybe just more space in the breakfastroom would be better. The shower was good.
Disliked: The temperature of the room was a bit stuffy/cramped. But we could open the window for the night.
