Disliked: We had room 103 and heard noise from technical room which is behind the wall.

Good value for last minute...

Liked: Close to the freeway, reasonable distance from downtown and the beaches, free parking
Disliked: They kept sending me messages on the Booking.com app about not accepting 3rd party reservations. I called and spoke to the wife, telling her I was confused because they advertised the room on a 3rd party site. She just kept telling me that they don't allow another person to book on behalf of someone else, even though I verified several times that it was just me staying there, and then even after I checked in and showed them my ID and insisted it was only me staying, they still kept sending me the same message about no 3rd party reservations. Very annoying.

Liked: The location is cozy and convenient. I’ve been using this motel for my Santa Cruz stays for years now and it’s been consistently great, clean and comfortable.

Liked: We arrived past 2 am and the owners went out of their way to wait for us and even step out of their office to show us where to park and welcome us to our room. Room is very clean and location excellent.
