Liked: breakfast was a little scary. The milk was served from the front desks room. Breakfast was stale cereal. Not worth the price listed

Liked: I did not like anything. The worst place I've ever been!
Disliked: The Booking photos do not match at all with what they wanted to give me. Dirty, smelly, unsafe place, the manager was very rude and ill-mannered. In the end we didn't stay. We had to pay for another hotel and lose all the money for this one. We feel very scammed by the hotel and by Booking.

Staff exceptional and facilities clean...

Liked: Location to Downtown Napa - within easy walking distance.
Disliked: Property is in need of some serious maintenance.
