Excellent location near to M5...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent but service was slow due to a large private party next door. Receptionist was ultra helpful and charming.
Disliked: Some of the staff in the restaurant were a bit gloomy, unsmiling and uncommunicative. Young man who served us however was excellent, attentive and very switched on.

Perfect for our needs.

Liked: We were attending a funeral and stayed the night before. We had the evening meal ans Breakfast.
Disliked: The bed wasn't level, i kept rolling to the side!

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the dinner in the was good.
Disliked: Lack of staff in the restaurant; we waited for length of time to be seated.

Liked: Breakfast is very good with a good choice of cooked food as well as the usual breakfast choices in a lovely restaurant.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well set up for our 10 month old. The restaurant was great, with good food and fantastic service. The people on reception were very welcoming and helpful. The whole venue is very peaceful. l
Disliked: No herbal tea in the room.
