Liked: Location and price
Disliked: Noisy door closures and upstairs room floor very noisy. Room smelt mainly of urine. I understand the room was a room for dog owners, more attention to detail would have be appreciated.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Liked: Easy to navigate, ground floor room. Elevator if needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Hard, lumpy pillows. Pity that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Food is served in the bar which is rather drab and utilitarian.
