Good location, good room, dissapointing...

Liked: The size of the suite is very good with lovely bath
Disliked: Spa does not have a sauna, the shower and the cold plunge pool were broken (they did communicate this), they still charge full price for the Spa and you have to pay extra for swimming cap (the next hotel we stayed in you do not have to pay for these things)

Liked: The staff were very helpful. I was arriving very late at night and they arranged for the iron and ironing board to be left in the room so I could prepare for an early meeting the following day. Brilliant service and location

A Perfect Hotel to Experience...

Liked: Perfectly located to walk to many great shops and restaurants. Beautiful modern rooms and an incredible spa with a cold and hot tub and sauna. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks were a nice touch.
Disliked: No complaints.

Terrific location, nice room, excellent...

Liked: We stayed 5 nights. The hotel was very close to most important monuments. Our room was very spacious, overlooked the market square and it was very bright. Every member of the staff was excellent. They were accommodating, polite, provided restaurant recommendations. The gym was very simple and uninviting and poorly equipped. The spa was a mixed bag. The steam room barely had any steam, but the jacuzzi and the waterfall treatment were terrific. The spa was also a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, a la carte and the food was good. The restaurant served very good meals.
