Enjoyed my stay very much

Liked: Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean facilities, close to downtown and especially I loved how close it was to the river and the parks. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Wifi could have been a bit better. Also if I was the Manager I’d definitely invest in the kitchenware (the is no pan, no pot, no knife, no forks or spoons in the kitchen), as you book the hotel because it has a kitchen in the room but you basically come to completely unequipped kitchen, so for many it’s useless. So, I’d basically invest in all of it and bumped the room price by $3/night. You’d break even in a month or so, and it’s pure cash-flow since then :)

Disliked: Bed wasn't the best. No silverware.

Pleasant

Disliked: When we first started staying at this My Place a couple of years ago, the kitchen was stocked with dishware, cooking utensils and silverware. This visit we had to go to the front desk and ask for plates and silverware and got paper and plastic.

Liked: Like new, spacious room.
Disliked: Lack of follow through from the staff. Never stay in the room right by the front desk, you will hear every conversation and when they ring the bell, terrible!

Great Value Stay

Liked: This fairly new hotel was very clean and a great value. The bed and the recliner chair were very comfortable. Across the street, was a great pizza place Mama Tina's and nearby was Sage Hills bakery for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I had stayed at this property before and this time I brought food. That little kitchen area is perfect. I loved having the ice maker in my room so it wasn’t necessary to go searching for an ice machine. The clothes basket, which I used for the clothing I had worn, was a nice item to have. The bed was great and so was the price. The room was very clean.
