Great location and a lovely...

Liked: Excellent location for a base when walking the West Highland Way when using a dedicated driver and vehicle between the top of Loch Lomond and Kings House. Great rooms with comfortable beds and hot baths and showers. Very good local restaurants and cafes with good shops too. Great place and very good value for money. Thank you

Liked: Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. It is very much appreciated and I look forward to returning soon. :)
Disliked: Some maintenance required..external and internal, for example, en suite bathrooms..

Disliked: The hotel needs to be brought up to date with some refurbishment. Stains on carpets. Toilet not fixed to floor.

Overpriced. I do not recommend.

Liked: My bedroom (room 82) was unfortunately underneath the hotel bar. Unsure why you would ever design a hotel to have bedrooms directly underneath the bar? Needed to sleep as had to get up for 4am... unable to until 1130pm. Regardless of the above... overpriced for the hotel. Incredibly dated and in serious need of some TLC. Sadly seems to be taking advantage of tourists in the area who may have limited options for accommodation.
Disliked: Staff were pleasant.
