Great location, comfortable bed but...

Liked: The location was amazing. Very near Hyde park and 2 underground stations
Disliked: The room was unbearably hot. There is an AC on the wall but it looks like it hasn’t worked in years. The first night we asked for a fan we were told there wasn’t any free. We got one for our second night however it didn’t do much as the room was just so so so hot. It was very difficult to sleep and move around the room with the temperature. At one point one of our phones gave us a notification to say it was overheating.

Disliked: Rooms very dated and bathroom very musty, room was meant to sleep 4 but had a filthy pull out chair which had no padding whatsoever had to put daughter in double bed with us, no aircon had a fan in room towels and bedding had been washed but full of stains very disappointing for price over £300 per night

Fantastic apartment. Fabulous location Excellent...

Liked: The property was of excellent design for functionality. With a mezzanine floor accommodating a double bed. The property was clean and the location was fantastic.
Disliked: Check in was a little frustrating only because our room wasn’t ready at 3. About 10 other guests got successfully checked in whilst i had to wait. Reception were fantastic but it was very hot and my children were outside. There was a luggage room. Reception called me when it was ready. We went for food whilst we waited. Their communication was excellent and i dont think this should put anyone off booking. Ive booked again for 2 days time.
