Liked: It was well appointed and ready early. I appreciated the clean room. The location was very convenient.
Disliked: The door lock was troublesome but the staff worked hard to fix it.

Very comfortable in excellent location.

Liked: Everything! Staff helpful and friendly, good communication. Property was very clean, bed comfortable, good air con. Kitchen area had all basics. Quiet. Bathroom tiny but perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay. Excellent shower. Lots of hot water. Fluffy towels, thick toilet paper.Very close to underground. Excellent value for the area. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Liked everything but I suggest a plan of an escape route in case of fire should be posted in room.

Great location and tidy property

Liked: Very clean and tidy. Had the facilities required. Bed was comfortable. Right next to Hyde park. Check in was easy and flexible with option to leave your case at reception both before and after the booking.
Disliked: No hand towel for the bathroom. Cutlery was sparce and mismatched with no knives and forks to eat with.

Ideally located for Hyde Park...

Liked: The location was excellent - especially for our plans. We had an event in Hyde Park so could just walk back after the event. Two tubes either side of the property give access to the central line or the district/circle line - which get you pretty much anywhere! Access to a really lovely outside space was a real bonus, especially as we'd such nice weather. The ability to leave bags at reception was welcomed. There is a lift so no need to carry heavy bags up the stairs. Found it to be a really quiet street so slept well. We didn't use the kitchen space much but was handy to have it.
Disliked: Whilst the main room is big enough, the bathroom was very compact. Hooks in the bedroom would have been handy - even just for our coats / handbags to keep them off the floor. There's not much storage - small wardrobe but no drawers so found ourselves living out the suitcase which wasn't ideal given space. Just single glazed so glad it was quite quiet outside. It was possibly user error but couldn't get much cold air out to the aircon unit so room was very warm each day - even with the window open and the blind down. There was quite a bit of dust on bedside table / beside light and my socks seemed to pick up a bit of dirt from walking round the room. Nothing major enough to not stay again.
