Great location to explore London.

Liked: Small studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Great location, close to transport, shops, Hyde Park.
Disliked: Small but comfortable.

Superb

Liked: We were in a brand new building with airconditioning and everything was great. The front staff let us borrow a UK adaptor for our stay as we forgot one! If you show up early for check in there is a room to leave luggage and a bathroom to freshen up. That was really nicely done . Great meal deals at Salisbury for $3.50 you get a drink a protein or fruitsalad and a sandwich or bowl

Superb

Liked: The location was great - just round the corner from Kensington Palace and a tube station. The room was clean and the facilities were great. Reception staff were efficient and very friendly
Disliked: Very minor point but a tea towel would have been good. A second full length mirror would have also been a bonus given there was 4 women in our party but it wasn’t a problem.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. WORST service experience I have ever encountered!

A lovely short break in...

Liked: The reception was super friendly & directly opposite.The hotel was beautiful, really clean & had everything you could think of including iron, board, hairdryer, kettle etc...The location was perfect in Hyde Park, very close to local shops & eateries.The hotel was very quiet & had a lift to get to the higher floors.
Disliked: The view was out on to the building site, the toilet left little space to sit & the bed wasn't really comfortable.

Good location for what I...

Liked: Nice and close to Queensway Tube. The area felt reasonably safe. There wasn’t too much noise on the Saturday night we stayed considering it was a city location (we are country bumpkins & expected it to be quite rowdy). I’d like to say that a review popped up AFTER we’d booked & paid that concerned me but it seemed totally unfounded in my experience of this hotel. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness. My room was bright fresh meticulously clean. The air con was incredible which was very welcome on one of the warmest days of the year. London is a crazy hot box of a micro climate & my room was lovely and cool. Check-in was at a building opposite which was unexpected but no problem. The process was simple, as was check out the next day.
Disliked: Nothing wrong. As long as no unforeseen post stay issues pop up, I was very happy with everything.

Nice but there are better...

Liked: Good location, lovely staff.
Disliked: considering our room was a Superior and for the high price, it was very small, so we were quite disappointed.

Good location, good value for...

Liked: Location is excellent, close to Hyde Park. Small but functional room. Coffee maker in the room, kitchen with fridge. Quiet location.
Disliked: Bath room wash basin is ridiculously small. No cleaning service. They just give you fresh towels. only English TV channels
