Perfect Location. Very comfortable apartment.
Liked: Location was perfect. Building and the apartment were very clean. Facilities were good. Staff were very helpful.

Not a studio..just a room

Disliked: Falsely advertised Asa studio..it's just a room it's got sink fridge and tiny hob but it's no bigger than a normal size hotel room.You have to go to another property to get the keys even though there's a reception area in the property. Lft not working for 4th floor.Not suitable for disabled as stairs to property..no ramp ect.Mattress poor quality and sloping.Around a good 20 minutes from Easton station in a taxi.

Perfect base for our London...
Liked: Great base for our 5 days in London, short walk to the Bayswater Station to get pretty much anywhere. Easy walk to Notting Hill neighborhood. Loved being so close to Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park. Hotel had a nice terrace that we used several time to chat and snack outside of our room. We were there in June 2025 and the air-conditioner worked well, as there was a bit of heat wave.

Liked: Location was fantastic
Disliked: The TV is not linked to an ariel so you have to rely on poor Internet connection. You have to log in to all channels. It didn't bother us as we were out all day.

Wonderful location
Liked: The room is clean, modernly furnished. It's great that it has a kitchenette. There are 2 important metro lines a few minutes walk from the accommodation. It's quiet and peaceful. There is indeed construction noise at the moment, but if you walk around the city all day you won't notice any of it. We really liked the building and the room. The receptionists are nice and helpful. We were very satisfied with them.
