Liked: Location ,staff was really nice and helpful
Disliked: The smell when you walk in the hotel and my room door looked as if someone was trying to break in and I didn?t realized I had to slam the door in order for the door to lock,we went out and when I returned I just grab the handle and the door opened up my husband went in to make sure no one broke in.

Liked: Good location and the free tram passes right outside, parking on site
Disliked: Unfortunately they were working on the hotel while we were there but they managed ok and we had no issues. I'm sure it will be better when the work is complete.

It was good!
Liked: The rooms were very nice and the location was pretty good.
Disliked: The hotel is under construction so you have to go in around the back. It's really annoying. The hotel staff that is at the 'front desk' overnight doesn't actually watch the front desk. Every night they were sitting in the room next to it and anyone could've just walked in. It didn't feel very safe.
