Liked: Location was perfect especially if arriving by train .Friendly and helpful staff .Comfortable and clean rooms.Ideal location for Chester town and attractions

Liked: Perfect location for our needs as we were in Chester for a gig nearby plus it's only a short walk for the train station.Room was clean and comfy as well
Disliked: The only issue was that from 6am there was loud music from the gym next door which is part of the same building, which woke up both me and my partner. Better soundproofing is needed for rooms overlooking this area.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the staff were excellent. Nice breakfast and very relaxed style
Disliked: Building work is being done and we woke on Saturday morning to a lot of noise. We had been put in a room adjacent to the building work. It was a bit annoying
