Modern, cute and clean, perfect...

Liked: From the person that helped us check in late at night, to everyone else working at the lobby and the staff at the restaurant on the second floor. The shower in our room was incredible! Location was great, it wasn't IN Times Square, but 6 blocks away which was far enough from the madness but close enough! The free waters in the lobby were a nice touch also!
Disliked: The one staff member we did not like and had a crappy attitude was the hostess girl at the rooftop bar. She made us feel unwelcome so we left after she tried to sit us on a table (we didn't like the location, not her fault since we didn't have reservations, but she could have been more polite and professional). Also one of the switches in our room turned off the power of a few outlets so nothing would charge if the lights were off; a simple wiring issue but still annoying. Lastly, the windows are not tinted so you can see inside other people’s rooms when the blinds are open. We felt we couldn’t open our blinds without giving up privacy.

Disliked: I had a queen room with twin bunk. Room way too small for 3 adults. Nowhere to put suitcases other than the floor. Room was smaller than most cruise cabins. Bathroom had no shelves to put clean clothes other than the toilet bowl. Check in was a free for all. They didn’t check anyone in as the rooms became available rather they made everyone wait until 4pm so it was mayhem. After waiting on the long line to check in we went up to the room and the key wouldn’t work. Went back down to the lobby area and asked one of the staff to help and they made me go back on the check in line.
