Liked: Great bonus was the $20 credit included in room rate to spend on property. Also appreciated the Peloton bike and descent gym facilities, though they got busy in the a.m. Quick walk to Herald Sq 34th as well as Penn if you don’t want to deal with Times Square!
Disliked: Touch screen on Elevators were slow to respond and several people had some issues but very minor inconvenience and I am honestly nit picking

Fabulous. Convenient location. Awesome hotel...

Liked: The hotel staff were amazing! So friendly and nice. Able to store bags for convenience. The second floor lounge area is such a fabulous idea. We spent a lovely afternoon eating delicious food and drinks while being cozy. Awesome! Oliber at the front desk was awesome. Remembered us from checkin to checkout. Such great service from every single person we saw. Thank you. Highly recommend. Great stay. Fabulous hotel.
Disliked: The resort fee which gave $20 credit. I didn’t use it before check out time but then had appetizers later in the bar area and couldn’t use it any longer. So I lost out on the money. Also there is no noise cancelling in the rooms so we heard every single noise from the city during the night. It’s cool if you’re used to a city setting. Adds to the urban flavor the hotel.

Disliked: room.far too tinysmall bedone bed side next to the wall.madd it necessary to crowl over the bed to get in and out.

Liked: Comfy bed. Large shower. Hotel Rooftop bar with view of the empire state building.
Disliked: No drawes or wardrobe in room just wall hooks & not much room for suitcases
