Good value and good location;...

Liked: Good location and good value once I figured out how to do everything (I am not very high tech).
Disliked: No chair so nowhere to sit except the bed and the toilet. However a folding chair was provided after I requested it Since the entrance is not at the Seventh Avenue but around the corner my driver and I had a difficult time finding you and it was after midnight when I finally got to the room. You should advise the actual street for arrival/check in

Disliked: My room was close to a roof top bar so it was somewhat noisy at night

Liked: Great central location, restaurant, awesome on-site amenities, i.e. gym, restaurant/bar and rooftop bar, impeccably clean room, quiet with blackout blinds, excellent customer service! Will definitely go back :)

Great place to stay because...

Liked: Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, central location. Staff were very responsive to our feedback. We stayed there at the start of the trip and decided to return as we liked it so much.
Disliked: The double rooms are very small - the queen upgrade on our return was much better. The breakfast allowance does not allow for sufficient purchasing power for two people. New York in general is just expensive, especially for Australians.
