Liked: Really fun and great location.
Disliked: Elevators were a bit slow.

Great location and facilities, but...

Liked: The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-designed, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained.
Disliked: The service from the reception staff and the security team was below expectations, they were not very welcoming or helpful. Additionally, there was no nearby parking available for large SUV vehicles, which was very inconvenient. For a 4-star hotel, it is surprising that such basic and important services are not provided, especially for guests traveling with larger cars.

Just Find sth different

Liked: - The location is perfect, close to almost everything. - modern and clean
Disliked: First of all. There is a big misunderstanding between Booking information and the information from the hotel. I had the information about 100$ deposit, they took 250$ and said: you have wrong information, contact with booking. Second. The hotel does not provide breakfast. If you have breakfast included in the price - you haven’t. The breakfast included in the price is: banana, yogurt, water and juice. That’s all. They told me: that’s the breakfast, contact with booking if you are not satisfied. Everyone who wants to eat in the morning and saw the breakfast was irritated. Okey I get it. But you shouldn’t include breakfast in this price if it’s looks like this. It’s unfair for almost 300$ for one night. When I asked the staff and told about the problems, they looked shocked and pretended not to speak in English. (XD)No water in the room (just bottles for 7$). Hotel is definitely for younger. Parties on the rooftop till almost morning hours so be prepared and just buy earplugs.

Liked: Location was superb and the facilities overall were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There could have been some complimentary water in the room. A better chair in the room. But I appreciate that the concept was to have a modern concept with foldaway everything.

Liked: It was close to Penn Station, the lounge and 2nd floor amenities were awesome. The room was super cute design.
Disliked: It was a bit dark. I was on the 4th floor and couldn’t walk to the lobby, which was annoying. My room smelled a bit, but it was an old building so that’s part of it. I guess.

Superb

Liked: Few minutes walk to Time Square is a great location. Easy check in and the room was spacious and clean! Team were friendly and $20 daily card for food/drinks at the bar to tour tickets was a great inclusion! Roof top bar was fun with views of Empire State Building. Coming back to NY next Christmas and certainly will be rebooking with Moxy! :)
