Liked: The Location is amazing in downtown Manhattan, Subway is 2 minutes away, nice bar

Good, super clean hotel in...

Liked: It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bar was cool and it’s in a good location.
Disliked: There weren’t that many facilities other than the rooms and the bar.

Recommend

Liked: Fantastic place to stay in NY. The crew was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic- you can choose something from the card every day so it is very fresh and really delicious. Very clean and close to the subway.
Disliked: The room is quite small and there isn't any wardrobe.

Fun hotel!

Liked: Breakfast, games, vibe. The young man who was our server for breakfast was super professional, and the service was very quick (which he nature of since we were trying to get to a tour on time). The food was fabulous.
Disliked: The lighting in the hallway was a little ominous, and I didn’t feel super comfortable with my young daughter. Other than that, I thought the hotel (both the area and the room) was very clever in how it was set up. Our sink also drained very slowly, but I told the man to check out upon leaving and he said he would fix it so I’m sure it’s resolved now.

A vibrant, stylish escape in...

Liked: The ambiance, the atmosphere, the vibe: everything felt perfectly curated for an authentic Downtown NYC experience. The interior design was modern, energetic, and effortlessly cool. Huge shoutout to Justin, who delivered exceptional service, warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the stay unforgettable.
Disliked: I just wish it had a rooftop at this location but the other amenities made up for it, and the elevators were a little annoying but that’s to be expected at any hotel (especially if you want good views). Honestly, nothing stood out as a downside. Everything exceeded expectations!
