Poor

Disappointing.

Liked: The vibe is what you would expect and like about a Moxy. The bar area is nice and the bed was comfortable. They will keep luggage before and after check in which is very helpful.
Disliked: The lights and electric blinds didn’t work in our room for the duration of our stay. We asked for this to be fixed on the first night, an electrician came and fixed the problem for about 10 minutes before they stopped working again. The loft hatch was missing for 24 hours with wires hanging out. The TV volume was stuck and so loud it was unwatchable. RUDE staff, not all of them, granted some were lovely but two of the men on the front desk and one on the bar were rude enough to put a bad taste in your mouth. We were asked to pay $50 for early check in to return later and told the room would be ready late from an already late check in time of 4pm. They charge $60 “destination tax” which is over the mandatory rate for the city, this was also included in the price for the next place we stayed so be aware.

Liked: Clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, nice atmosphere in the bar!
Disliked: Room missing one of the bedside table and one of the side laps is missing. Room 1008
