Liked: The view from the bedroom, (20th) the decoration, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here for our anniversary and they made some really cute decoration on the bed.
Disliked: We partially booked the room for the bar, but it was accessible for people not staying at the hotel which was not told before, we had to queue + the bar had weird vibe.

Liked: The second-floor lobby seating area is a nice place to relax.
Disliked: The room.The bathroom glass partition design does not provide privacy. Especially annoying when sharing a room with someone, no matter how close you are.The absence of a wardrobe and storage space is inconvenient. What's the point of a well-decorated "design" room if you have to hang all your stuff and clothes on the wall and look at them constantly?The staff.We had an unpleasant experience with a security person at The Fleur Room. He behaved rudely and without empathy. His approach made us rethink our plans, and we left for another bar.

Nice hotel in the hustle...

Liked: Good location, nice lounge area on 2nd floor, free coffee. Room had a view of empire state bldg, which was really cool. Overall, enjoyed staying at the hotel.
Disliked: Elevator was dark, couldn't see buttons. Also one of the elevators wasn't displaying floor numbers -- stuck on 12.

Liked: Very nice room with a fantastic view! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the complimentary coffee coupon for the café next door – such a thoughtful perk from the hotel!
