Liked: Central location. Bed is comfortable. Beautiful view from room. Best lavender drink at the bar.
Disliked: The loud music in the elevators. The room is tiny. The lights are weird - the one next to the bed controls the whole room. You can’t turn it on independently. The bouncers to get to the rooftop are difficult and unfriendly.

Very disappointing, I would not...

Disliked: No value for the cost.The shower and bathroom set-up was horrible. We could not shower comfortably. The room was too small overall.The room had no amenities: no refrigerator. The sleeping experience should match the roof top- since guests are not sleeping on the roof top???The breakfast offerings were too limited for an experience hotel?Not enough food more like a snack.

Liked: We chose this property for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and booked a king room with a city view. In the reservation notes, we mentioned the occasion and requested that the room be prepared accordingly. The property responded promptly the same day, assuring us they would do their best.Upon check-in, a staff member, Steven, warmly congratulated us and informed us that they had selected the best available room. The view was exceptional, and rose petals had been arranged on the bed, adding a thoughtful touch. The service was attentive and highly appreciated.
