Liked: The location is excellent, well suited for late arrivals or early departures. The rooms are modern, there is a kettle, coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom has all the necessary items. Breakfast for every taste, you can put together your own individual and even a full English. The staff is friendly. Although very close to the airport, you can't hear the noise.

Won’t be back

Disliked: Check in was a nightmare As girl did not have a clue what she was doing£30 deposit paid was told in would ping back in morning if you did not reck room. Still waiting ( room not destroyed)

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating a plea for help to charge an iphone after a charging cable got lost (elsewhere on my travels).
Disliked: I was confused when I first arrived at my room, and found empty bottles outside the door, and the t.v. on when I entered. It was startling, as it made me think that a prior guest was still in the room (or had only left minutes before).Also was disappointed to not have a stairwell to use, as waiting for the lifts can get tedious.Finally, I can't understand why your washrooms have no effective ventilation. Even small exhaust fans can do wonders for comfort, especially given that travel can often disrupt digestive systems, and your building is full of travelers!
