Not Quite 4-Star Service

Liked: The location is pretty good. The options for vegan and gluten free in the breakfast were nice. I like the hotel's vibe. The fitness room was cool.
Disliked: The hotel itself is decent and has potential, but it does not live up to a 4-star standard, especially when it comes to service. While the facilities are good, the staff seemed a little bit unprepared. Some examples: upon arrival it was difficult to find my reservation. I couldn’t get a coffee in the afternoon because the machine was still heating up. They seemed surprise when I asked if I should give my husband ID because he was staying with me..
