Passable

Disliked: Breakfast included is just a bagel and a drink. I was told over the phone that there was a buffet style...but staff failed to mention its an additional charge on top of the included breakfast fee.

I had fun but I...

Liked: How some of the staff was very nice. And the cleaning of the room was great. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Didnt get breakfast. It was welcoming but some of the staff wasn't. Also didnt know they take a holding fee of 200 dollars off your card to hold for damages didnt like that wasnt prepared for that. Didnt like that they offered a free drink but you dont get to choose it. Didnt like there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room but you charged alot to book the room. Didnt like you had to go downstairs for ice no ice machines on the floors and no coffee/tea makers in the room.

Perfect weekend at a perfect...

Liked: Ebony was amazing, and check-in at the bar is clever! We had some technical issues, so she sent us on up to our room while they figured it out as not to waste our time. Everyone had a positive vibe, and the clean, artistic ambiance was fun and exciting! We liked it so much that we booked a second night the next day!
Disliked: A mini-fridge would have been nice.
