Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable

Liked: The hotel was lovely. Staff were very welcoming. Checked in fast. Our room was stunning very clean and comfortable. Loved the toiletries in the bathroomThey smelt amazing. Bed was super comfy. To say this was right beside the airport it was very quiet and we got a lovely nights sleep. Dinner was lovely very fresh and cooked to perfection. Bar staff were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back for another visit
Disliked: The only thing I can write here is that I wasn’t told about the £5 car garage part free until we were already there. Not that would have made a difference we still would have paid just would have been nice to have been aware before arrival

Liked: Room was a good size for our family while travelling. Comfy beds, good bathroom size.
Disliked: Attitude of the staff checking us in wasn't the best was made to feel like we were getting in the way. After breakfast we returned to our room to find the door fully open and when we spoke with staff at reception got told maybe it was cleaners that opened it to check. Poor shower pressure.

Great stay

Liked: Bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff, particularly the member of staff at breakfast, were so helpful, friendly, and patient. I wish we'd got the member of staff's name, as we all felt the service he provided was exceptional - particularly taking time to check and share allergy information for our two girls. We all liked the entertainment area. The kids were all entertained nearby, while adults were able to sit and relax.
Disliked: Couldn't actually fault anything.
