Liked: I was greeted at the front desk by Campbell. She was helpful and very polite. I had had a disastrous flight and overnight stay in Denver and was ready to just go back home. I arrived at your facility and it was so comfortable that I was grateful to be there. I enjoyed my brief day and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
Disliked: I went to take a sauna before my flight, but the sauna didn’t open early enough. That’s a minor thing, but I would’ve liked to have taken an early morning whirlpool before getting it on the plane. It’s certainly not a dealbreaker.

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped.
Disliked: The corners of the bed, they jut out and can really do damage at night.
