Liked: Aubrey at front desk was great. He went out of his way to get us Gatorades when the refrigerator wasn't stocked properly. Chase Carlson was condescending, say in the office when people were at the front desk needing help and tea/coffee service was missing 2 of the morning because someone at the front desk didn't show up with a key to the supply area.

Our stay was outstanding with...
Liked: The location was excellent since it was a brief walk to the gondolas to get to peaks 7 and 8. Also a brief 10-minute walk to Main Street to shops and restaurants. Also, the sleigh ride was terrific in the evening at sunset.
Disliked: A daily activity report on what was happening either on the slopes or in town would have been helpful to plan the day better.

We had a great time....
Liked: There were a few issues inside unit 1201. The light swish needs to be repaired and the location of the TV is somewhat awkward. It is also a little bit difficult to get the VCR to work correctly.

Disliked: room needs to be updated, did not look anything like the pictures when reservation was made. it was very hard to see thru the windows - worn out or discolored. Patio door handle was broken, as was coffee pot. Sofa very uncomfortable.
