Liked: Very economical and convenient for what I needed.
Disliked: Bed was a very basic dormitory single bed. Acceptable.

Disliked: Rooms were clean but very old structure so didn’t look that appealing, beds were okay, minimum facilities, no AC in rooms, there was AC in just 1 room out of the four which we didn’t expect plus no fans either.

Family Friendly for Under $200...

Liked: We were looking for a university dorm & got upgraded!! From what We both remember from our own time at university in the 1990s;). 4 separate and lockable rooms! Each had Fans!! Definitely appreciated in heat of summer!! 1 main living-kitchen-communal room.
Disliked: Not enough plates nor plastic cups in the Rubbermaid box of dishes. That said we were prepared & had extra disposable ones. The top floor even though we specifically mentioned mobility concerns. Thankfully, that night, my body wasn't bothering me.

Liked: I liked that each person had their own room. Some rooms it was more difficult to use computer as the plugs were farther away from the desk. The dining area was nice and they left enough kitchen supplies if you wanted to make your own breakfast.
Disliked: The beds were pretty hard , not as comfortable as other places and were more uncomfortable for a person who was larger to sleep on a twin bed.
