Highly recommended

Liked: The beds were super comfortable, it was hard for me to get up for the day. Location was excellent. I asked for a car service to the airport, they booked that for me too. In time square but not noisy at all.
Disliked: Walls were super thin, I could hear the person next to me watching tv.

We had a great time...

Liked: Location was perfectly located for what we wanted to do.The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had time before out flight and were able to leave our luggage even after check out. We were also able to reserve a car for our return to airport through the hotel. Super helpful.
Disliked: Rooms were small. Not much room for us to move around with no place to put our luggage and such. We were not able to adjust temp in our room, but we weren't in the room most of the time so it wasn't a huge deal.

Excellent hotel right next to...

Liked: Very central hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms are small, but that is not an issue as they are well layed out.The hotel restaurant is very good and staff are very friendly.
Disliked: Beds are a bit soft for our taste.

Exceeded my expectations

Liked: I came over from New Zealand with my daughter and grandson from Canada.The hotel was so central to all that was on my bucket list, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Everything was good

Liked: Service and facilities were greatLocation was convenientVery clean rooms Restaurant for breakfast, and dinner were great - I didn't have lunch so can't comment but the hotel is really good
Disliked: Construction outside of the hotelSince the location is so central it can be loud

BUNK BEDS???

Liked: general cleanliness and location.
Disliked: Charged additional fees and only had doubles with BUNK BEDS for 68-72 year-old women.
