good for one person for...

Liked: clean, location and staff
Disliked: tiny rooms, no soundproofing, tiny bathroom, no valet parking, small breakfast area

Done for one night, but...

Liked: The staff was very nice and the location was great.
Disliked: The room is TINY! I really didn’t like the queen bed pushed against the wall having a headboard that ran across the top as well as the length of the bed! I kept banging it to it as I tried to sleep. Also, there is no privacy to bathroom or shower. They do not have true doors, just frosted panes of glass.

Liked: I l8ke how when my sister and I got there on Friday which was the 4/13/14. Emily was the best. And Sally and Pauline. They all was so professional and k8nd and awesome. I would g9 back just because how they treated me. Bur the guy name Phillip when he went to get my bags from wherever they kept them. He was tak8ng care of people before me. That was ok because they was there before. But when he brought them there things he hel0 them to there card and it was 2 adults. When he brought me m6 things wh8ch was very heavy abd I had 3 bags. My s8ster wasn't able to come back on because her back was hurting her from soung the Empire State Observation Deck. So I was by myself and Phillip didn't want to help me. He also ask me where is your friend. I said friend that is my sister. My sister is almost 70th years old. And I guess this young was wondering where she aylt she could be helping. A mean that's how he made me feel. No the mention I still tip him wh8ch I shouldn't have. Because he didn't deserve it. Anyway last n8ght wh8ch was 4/15/24 I stay also because I went to tye Rockefeller Observation Deck. I was sick and exhausted. It took 5 minutes to bo9k but 2 and a half hours to get me room. I had to walk 1 bl9cks with 4 bags in my hand. And it was after midnight it was awful. And I was again very sick and exhausted and the girl 8 was talk8ng to that night is name Ally. She was very nice to me but she had me g9 around the bl9ck twice and that was ridiculous. I pull 9ver to the side and I ask the man that was out there at the hotel in front of Motto. He Saud don't they have valet parking I said n9 they. Don't. It was who show where the garage you guys use. I was overwhelmed. When I did get to my room I started crying. And I'm 61 years 9ld with 5 children. One is avatN in Labor and Delivery at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. One live in Ghana her husband is a micro sofa engineer. They have built a home there.

Liked: Great ,new modern hotel. Great amenities ( including water and cookies) Nice lighting.
Disliked: Not having a traditional iron. A few cleanliness issues.

room very small, but functional....

Liked: Weird to have to leave the room to get coffee in the morning. No in-room coffee maker. Nice coffee service in lobby - expensive. Restaurant and bar provided good service despite being under staffed. Food excellent despite being expensive.
Disliked: No in-room coffee service. No closet and limited space to hang clothes (over the sink).

Pleasant

Liked: Bar manager. Very polite and considerate.
Disliked: Wall bed. Very difficult to get in and out due to side panels.. Hall floors were very dirty. Exterior doors were almost impossible to open for anyone who had mobility problems. Food was good
